In this role you will Provide proactive high-level legal guidance on complex regulatory matters privacy and emerging laws.
Partner with senior leaders to embed legal considerations into strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
Advise on governance frameworks directors duties and board processes.
Lead the review and development of internal policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Draft review and negotiate complex commercial agreements including technology procurement and high-value transactions.
Ensure all contracts reflect appropriate risk allocation compliance obligations (including CPS 230 and CPS 234) and strategic objectives.
Lead negotiations on critical agreements and provide pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and legal exposure.

Bachelors degree in law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
Admitted as a solicitor / barrister in an Australian jurisdiction
Minimum 710 years post-admission experience
