The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come via NDIS, Medicare, or private clients. The role is mobile, with options to work from home or our hubs. Responsibilities include:
Assessing and intervening for children and adults with disabilities
Working within NDIS to maximize clients' function, capacity, and social engagement
Assisting with assistive technology assessments and recommendations
Timely documentation and report writing
Managing a varied caseload
Meeting professional expectations (e.g., billables, client management)
Participating in meetings, supervision, and development
Building stakeholder relationships
Using leading software platforms and online tools
The New Grad Program

Requirements

Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police and International Police Checks (if applicable)
