This role requires 73.50 hours of work per fortnight, with options for flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities include:
Executive Support
* Providing high-level support to senior leadership and facilitating effective communication.
* Managing confidential matters, coordinating meetings, and administering correspondence with discretion.
Administrative Tasks
* Preparing accurate and secure documents, agendas, and board papers.
* Ensuring materials are available on time, monitoring action items, and providing advice on deadlines and policies.
Communication and Liaison
* Managing diaries and liaising with external stakeholders and Government entities.
* Coordinating facilities operations to ensure safe and compliant working environments.
Contract Management
* Administering lease contracts for four tenancies statewide.
* Facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring timely processing of lease agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaising with stakeholders, including Government agencies and the public.
* Providing information, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining workflows.
Contractor Management
* Maintaining a comprehensive Contractor Management Register.
* Collating licenses and insurances of contractors and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Marketing Support
* Providing high-level support to the Marketing team as needed.
* Ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution of initiatives.
