Job Title: Practice Manager
Lifecare is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinic. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a productive, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
About the Role
* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage rostering within targeted hours, complete payroll, and end-of-month financial reporting requirements.
* Assist in the recruitment of new staff including onboarding and performance development/management of staff.
* Provide support to team members through identifying skill gaps and career pathways.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards.
* Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
