Graduate Mechatronics Engineer

We're looking for a passionate Graduate Mechatronics Engineer to join our growing team and help drive innovation in laboratory automation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting‐edge solutions that support the medical industry and improve lives around the world.

As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in designing and developing products that truly make a difference.

What you'll do:

* Support the design and development of electro‐mechanical devices for new and existing products
* Assist in testing, verifying, and validating electro‐mechanical assemblies, prototypes, and system components
* Perform root‐cause analysis, diagnostics, and test result documentation to support continuous improvement
* Work closely with senior engineers to ensure designs meet cost, quality, compliance, and schedule requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturability, and performance
* Collaborate with cross‐functional engineering teams to develop new features and enhance current products
* Participate in hands‐on prototype builds, system evaluations, and pre‐production testing
* Occasionally travel domestically or internationally as required

What you'll bring:

* Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
* Knowledge or experience in designing, testing, or supporting electro‐mechanical systems will be highly regarded
* Ability to interpret test results and identify potential design improvements
* Strong problem‐solving, critical‐thinking, and diagnostic skills
* Hands‐on mindset with curiosity and a drive to learn
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Understanding of mechanical and electrical components (active and passive)
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
