Job Title: Groundsperson
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundsperson to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and visual appeal of our campus.
About the Role:
* Maintenance of gardens, lawns, sports fields, and landscaped areas
* Gathering and disposing of green waste and other debris
* Applying top dressing to lawns and managing pests
* Managing landscaping and garden revitalisation projects
* Conducting routine maintenance across the campus
Requirements:
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a variety of weather conditions
* Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
