Job Title: Senior Technical Designer
Job Description:
The role of the Senior Technical Designer is to oversee the creation and management of technical drawings and documents throughout various stages of a project, from commencement to completion. This includes preparing shop drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, managing revisions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
* Coordinate the production of technical drawings and documents, including as-built drawings and other associated materials.
* Conduct site visits to measure, verify dimensions, and confirm set-out details.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases.
Key skills and qualifications include at least 2 years' experience in CAD design, familiarity with national building codes, excellent communication and project management skills, and a valid driver's license.
