Job Overview
We are seeking a Chief Technical Liaison to bridge the gap between our technical product portfolio and the engineering community. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with engineers' priorities and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strong relationships with our sales team, New Product Development team, and other stakeholders to increase inclusion of FTI products in project specifications and tenders.
2. Serve as the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective customers, providing expert advice and guidance on technical matters.
3. Work closely with our New Product Development team on potential product lines from industry intel, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of the engineering community.
4. Be a partner to improve conversion rates from technically informed marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive business results.
5. Collaborate with various teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
6. Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions using FTI products, driving growth and revenue through innovative problem-solving.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, addressing technical questions, objections, and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
8. Work closely with Design, Sales, and Operations teams to relay customer feedback, influence product development, and ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
9. Provide technical assistance to our marketing and sales teams during outreach campaigns, ensuring that our messaging is accurate and effective.
10. Ability to create technical marketing collaborations with key stakeholders, driving engagement and conversion through compelling content.
