**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**
Our Client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. You will be expected to demonstrate your strong communication skills and previous experiences in a business partnering position, consulting and providing advice to a range of business units across Council.
**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
An initial 6 month contract. Your role as a HR BP is to provide strategic leadership and advice to Council. You will support managers in their roles as leaders and provide clear HR information, alongside assisting the implementation of multiple HR projects.
**DUTIES.**
- Foster working relationships with business unit managers
- Employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WH&S, change management and learning & development
- Assist with Worker's Compensation and RTW coordination duties as required
- Interpret employment legislation and industrial awards
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role
- Previous experience working for Local Council
- Experience and skills in HR and WHS policy and procedures reviewal
