See yourself in our team As Concierge for the Chadstone Branch of CommBank, you’ ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you’l l : Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel Build personal connection with customers through meaningfu l conversations to enhance their experience Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options Be aware o f movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience We’re interested in people who have: A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers With us, you’ll help customers make informed financial decisions to achieve their goals.
