International Sales Executive (Cairns or Sydney Based)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic International Sales professional to join our team representing a dynamic suite of products in the Reef Unlimited portfolio in the Far North.
The Reef Unlimited portfolio currently includes Dreamtime Dive and Snorkel, Reef Magic, Big Cat Green Island, Fitzroy Island Adventures, Two Island Explorer, Cairns Whale Watching, Calypso Dive and Snorkel, Calypso Low Isles, Daintree Tours, Treetops Adventure and Skydive Australia Cairns and Mission Beach.
About you
You are an experienced Tourism Sales Coordinator, Executive or Manager with at least 2 years' experience, including a background in Domestic and International selling markets and inbound distribution.
You have a proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation and communication skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can be an exemplary representative of the company through conduct, solid relationship building and personal presentation. You are a results‐driven and established team player with strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales for Adventure Experiences North Queensland, you will create and implement a sales plan to build pipeline and maximise sales for Local, Domestic and Inbound/International markets.
You will foster existing and grow future relationships with key accounts to increase customer numbers, drive revenue, and negotiate strong commercial partnerships that positively contribute to the bottom line.
As a vital member of the Experience Co's team, you will have a drive for sales, strong administration, analytical and problem‐solving skills. Most critical will be your passion for selling this unique adventure tourism offering.
This role has the ability to be based in Cairns or Sydney!
