Centre Director Job
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Director to lead our childcare service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting their team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Oversee enrolments, occupancy, rostering, budgeting, and other key business functions.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting,
a strong knowledge of the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)
