Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, part-time Quality Coordinator to assist in the process of continuous improvement and contribute to our residential aged care residence's compliance with Aged Care Standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and auditing protocols
* - Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure 100% compliance within the Quality Standards
* - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector
* - Participate in accreditation processes and identify areas for continuous improvement
* - Coordinate education and mentoring initiatives for clinical staff
Requirements:
* Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* - AHPRA registration (RN) desirable
* - At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role
* - Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, and clinical governance principles
* - Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process and quality assurance methodologies
* - Proven ability to learn new systems and technologies easily
