We're looking for a Product Specialist – Family & Estates to champion a leading suite of legal workflows, helping clients adopt, optimise, and get the most value from our solutions. In this pre-sales role, you will act as a key subject matter expert within the sales process, working closely with a Business Development Manager who will guide client engagement. This is a client-facing, commercially-minded role with opportunities to grow into a sales-facing position.
About the Company
Our client is a leading Australian technology company specialising in innovative solutions for the legal and property sectors. They offer a collaborative, forward-thinking work environment with strong investment in employee wellbeing, professional development, and diversity. Benefits include health and wellness programs, career growth pathways, leadership development, flexible work options, and a culture that values inclusion and recognition.
What You'll Do
Act as the subject matter expert for Family & Estates products.
Deliver product demos, workflow consultations, and tailored client education sessions.
Support onboarding, adoption, and implementation best practices.
Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to identify adoption and growth opportunities.
Build trusted, long-term client relationships and provide ongoing optimisation support.
About You
Must have full Australian working rights.
Practical experience or exposure to law, estates, or family practice, ideally as a paralegal, legal admin, or similar client engagement role.
Strong client focus with a confident and engaging communication style, (ideally) experienced in working with senior partners and decision-makers in law firms, and able to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Enjoys unpacking complex legal processes and explaining them simply.
Commercially aware but value and consultative-led, not hard-selling.
Comfortable travelling and demoing products with clients.
If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply — research shows women are less likely to apply unless they meet all criteria, and we value potential, attitude, and a client-focused mindset.
Benefits
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly organised and committed individual to work in a challenging fast-paced role with the number one intelligent search provider in Australia.
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 WFH)
Competitive base salary + superannuation, plus KPI-based bonus focused on your product adoption, teamwork and client impact rather than direct sales.
Health & Wellbeing: In-house barista, weekly catered lunches, free gym memberships, monthly in-house massages, daily fruit and snacks.
Culture & Innovation: Fun social events, charity partnerships, and a vibrant office environment with games and breakout spaces.
Personal Development: Structured career pathways, mentorship programs, leadership development, and regular learning opportunities.
Diversity & Inclusion: Gender affirming leave, privacy rooms, cultural awareness events, and an active D&I committee.
Reward & Recognition: Spot Awards, peer-nominated recognition programs, and annual prizes for outstanding contributions
This role is ideal for someone who understands the legal environment, enjoys client engagement, and wants to grow their career in product and sales while making a tangible impact.
