Job Description Assist in the Windows 11 upgrade for over 10,000 devices. Provide Level-2 support for users during the upgrade process, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute the upgrade strategy across the organisation. Ensure all devices meet compatibility and security requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade. Maintain clear documentation of the upgrade process, including time lines, issues, and resolutions. The Successful Applicant 12-18 months of Level-2 troubleshooting experience. Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework. Windows 10 to 11 upgrade experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with cloud environments. Willing to learn and grow in new technologies.
