We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in the Warragul or Moe area.
You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationDomestic Assistance and cleaningTo be successful in this role you will have: At least one year experience as a Disability Support WorkerDrivers Licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insuranceNDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtainWhat shifts are we offering?
