Exciting Opportunity: Quality Support Coordinator

About the Role:
\
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Support Coordinator. As a key member of our quality and retail after sales team, you will provide support for returns, exchanges, spare parts, system processes, and store and DC support for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
\
1. Assist the returns team on day-to-day needs and support with dispatch of return stock to different locations
\
2. Resolve docket holds, review delivery notes, and maintain returns registers
\
3. Support the spare parts team in reviewing cases, orders, and dispatch of parts
\
4. Identify and report trends on products for supplier reviews
\
5. Create and audit standard operating procedures
\
6. Support as required BIOS control inventory and container investigations
\
7. Become the Quality representative at all DCs weekly calls and provide updates
\
8. Be a support to our retail store teams within the quality and returns space
\
\
Requirements:
\
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

9. Good understanding of time and cost management
\
10. Able to work alone but also within different team environments
\
11. Results-driven and highly motivated to succeed
\
12. Can adapt to working with different systems
\
13. Multifaceted approach to problem solving
\
14. Has worked with or is familiar with Zendesk, Infinity, and OMS systems
\
