Job Title: Real Estate Office Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients, tenants, and guests with a warm and professional manner
* Answer phones and handle front desk enquiries
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Manage meeting rooms and prepare for appointments
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and supplies
* Assist with basic sales and property management administration
* Prepare marketing material, property packs, and open home collateral
* Support team calendars and coordinate appointments
* Liaise with contractors and tenants as needed
* Data entry, filing, and general office support
We're Looking For:
* Experience in reception or administration (highly desirable)
* Certificate of Registration (COR) is a huge plus, or willingness to obtain
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Positive attitude, tech savvy, and team-first mindset
* A polished, professional, and confident approach to client service
