Working alongside experienced chefs, you will prepare, cook, and plate menu items to perfection while maintaining immaculate workstations and upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. With a proactive "can-do" attitude and dedication to excellence, you will contribute to a collaborative, high-end kitchen environment, refine your culinary skills, and help transform every service into a luxurious, memorable experience for our guests.
Qualifications
You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and 1–2 years of experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen. With a genuine love for gastronomy, you delight in crafting exquisite dishes and memorable culinary moments that embody the elegance, refinement, and artistry synonymous with the Sofitel brand.
Confident, polished, and highly motivated, you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, maintaining impeccable hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. You communicate effortlessly with your team, work seamlessly under pressure, and bring grace, composure, and attention to detail to every service. Flexible and reliable, you embrace a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, eager to grow your craft under the guidance of experienced pastry chefs and contribute to a collaborative, high‐end kitchen environment.
