We have delivered an impressive track record of projects across Australia on some of the most recognised major resource construction projects and now we are looking for a new Senior Project Administrator to join our team in Osborne Park.

This will be a diverse and interesting role, joining a diverse, skilled an supportive team at an exciting time within a growing business - a new operation soon to be underway and new business units to come in the near future.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Source supplier quotes, raise purchase orders, coordinate deliveries to site, process supplier invoices and subcontractor claims, carry out subcontractor reconciliations and retention releases.

Manage internal transport movements, coordinate pickups and deliveries across multiple sites, communicate to drivers and site on progress.

Source plant and equipment for projects, manage equipment transfers between sites, assist with maintaining plant and equipment files and pronto databse.

A key focus on accurate project costing and financial reporting.

Assist Project Managers with compilation of monthly progress claims and submission to various clients.

Maintain site registers, qualification matrix and quality registers.

Assist site admin and HR department with onboarding and mobilisation of personnel including ticket verification, ordering PPE, booking medicals, flights and accomodation, processing mobilisation requests.

Ensure compliance of all internal reporting requirements including HSE, payroll, financial and the production and submission of reports.

To be successful in this role:

At least 3 years industry and position type experience in the mining and construction industry.

Knowledge of basic administrative functions of construction site/project.

Previous exposure to Pronto (desirable).

Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Strong skills in budget development and oversight.

Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.

Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
