Rehabilitation Consultant Job Opportunity
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey. This rewarding position requires a unique blend of clinical skills and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective case management.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals, to develop and implement personalized return-to-wellness plans.
You will be based at RAAF Base Richmond, enjoying early starts and finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm. Your contributions will be instrumental in helping the ADF achieve specific health goals and successfully reintegrate personnel into service.

You will be supported and mentored through direct interaction and extensive onboarding processes, including ongoing shadowing, to enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing;
* Experience with professional documentation and report writing;
* Strong clinical reasoning;
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal;
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
