Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced treatments including facial treatments, body treatments, body massages, aromatherapy massage, deep muscle massage, and other spa therapies.
* Collaborate with practitioners, therapists, receptionists, and hotel colleagues to maintain a harmonious environment.
* Ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues and guests at all times.
* Build rapport with guests, establishing genuine emotional connections to create loyal clientele.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all treatments, wellness journeys, and current promotions.
* Recommend wellness-inducing lifestyle practices and home care products to guests based on consultation forms and observations.
* Utilize spa software for appointment management and guest profiling.
* Update guest preferences and medical conditions on their profiles.
* Communicate regularly with Lead Therapists and Spa Managers.
* Understand the functions of other departments and their interlinkages with the spa.
Requirements
* Hold a minimum Diploma level qualification in Spa Therapy or a related field.
* Demonstrate high motivation, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
* Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Display a professional appearance and represent the brand effectively.
* Able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
