Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation during a period of continued growth and transformation. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in leading financial reporting, governance, compliance and team leadership activities while partnering with stakeholders across the business. This is a broad and hands‐on position suited to a technically strong finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and contributing to strategic decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the month‐end close process and ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial and management reporting.
* Prepare insightful analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
* Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management activities.
* Manage interim and year‐end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
* Prepare and oversee statutory reporting and compliance obligations.
* Maintain strong financial controls, policies and governance frameworks.
* Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting and lease accounting.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, systems and processes.
* Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial support and commercial insights.
* Lead, mentor and develop members of the finance team.
About You
* CA or CPA qualified.
* Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
* Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
* Background in external audit, financial reporting or a similar technical finance environment.
* Proven ability to maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a finance team.
* Proactive, hands‐on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
