About the Role
We build and operate safer, smarter, and more sustainable roads to solve pressing transport challenges. The role requires full availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
 * Monitor traffic flow and respond to incidents using ITS, CCTV, and other systems
 * Coordinate with emergency services and dispatch response crews
 * Operate key systems including ventilation, drainage, and fire panels
 * Communicate updates via Variable Message Signs and digital platforms
 * Log incidents accurately and escalate issues as needed
 * Support training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Skills & Qualifications
 * Strong communication skills in high-pressure environments
 * Sound decision-making and situational awareness
 * Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
 * Ability to complete structured training and assessments
 * Experience in traffic operations or emergency response coordination (preferred)
