We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers' supply chains.**Senior Cargo Planner – Dampier, W.A****ROSTER - 8.5-hour days Monday - Friday****About the Role -**As a Senior Cargo Planner, you will be responsible for safely coordinating vessel loadouts, developing manifests and stow plans to optimise deck utilisation, and managing forward and reverse freight movements between offshore sites and Perth. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards are paramount.**Key Responsibilities, but limited to -*** Develop vessel stow plans and cargo manifests for offshore operations.* Coordinate freight movements and maintain accurate stock control.* Monitor adherence to logistics contractual arrangements.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.* Maintain and manage labour pool utilisation and escalate downtime concerns.* Actively participate in HSE programs and ensure compliance with ISO standards.**What you'll need to succeed -*** Strong knowledge of freight handling and logistics operations.* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.* Excellent time management and organisational skills.* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.* Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.**Qualifications & Requirements -*** High Risk Work Licence (Forklift).* Dangerous Goods certification (or willingness to obtain).* Logistics experience in a similar environment.* Microsoft proficiency and sound computer skills.* Work with a global leader in logistics supporting critical energy projects.* Be part of a team that values safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.* Fantastic opportunities for career growth.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
