Fire and Safety Australia (FSA) is currently seeking experienced minesite Paramedics for remote WA work. The project will commence early September till December 2025 with possible extension on an 8:6 roster. You will need to be located in WA and have experience working in community health or regional/remote settings. Familiarity with Rio Tinto systems and procedures is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to emergency calls and providing medical assistance to patients
- Conducting drug and alcohol testing as required
- Collaborating with other emergency services personnel during incidents
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Conduction Pre Start and Toolbox educational and awareness sessions.
Qualifications:
•AHPRA Paramedic Registration
• Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience in community health and/or working in Pilbara, regional, or remote settings (preferred)
•Advanced Life Support Level 1 certification
•Familiarity with RTIO systems and procedures is highly desirable
•HLTPAT005 – Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
