About the Role:
This position involves providing comprehensive care to patients, including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management, and sterilization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
* Assess and manage patient conditions, using your clinical skills and judgment to provide effective care.
* Conduct routine procedures, such as pathology collections and vaccinations, following established protocols.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff, maintaining a caring and professional attitude at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience in chronic disease management and pathology collection, preferably in a medical centre setting.
* Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A caring and collaborative approach to patient care, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
