About you: In your new role you will * Assist the Nurse Unit Manager to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance within Lotus Glen Health Service. * Demonstrate evidence of increasing autonomous practice and greater levels of professional judgement, influencing practice as a team member predominately within the clinic setting. * Provide clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education and research in conjunction with other nursing staff. About your opportunity: In this position you will * Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. * Promote cooperation, teamwork and understanding in undertaking generalist and/or specialist nursing practices for effective health outcomes. * Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advanced practitioner level within the specified clinical setting and promote patient flow in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
