We seek an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to contribute to the efficient provision of patient services, teaching and research in a permanent part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop evidence-based care models for patients with orthopaedic conditions, driving consistency and reliability in clinical services through standard operating procedures and staff training.
* Contribute to academic activities, workshops, and conferences aligned with strategic plans, providing high-quality patient care and making ethical decisions.
* Support health equity by promoting culturally safe and responsive healthcare services, working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and addressing social determinants of health.
