About the role
Based at any of our Head Office locations, this full time, permanent BEN+ Delivery Manager reports to the Program Director with key responsibilities relating to undertaking and leading all element of delivery related to BEN+ activities. This includes assisting the Change Managers in the completion of detailed impact assessments, change canvases, and implementation plans (including stakeholder engagement, communication and learning
The roles will also need to develop the implementation collateral (e.g. FAQs, briefing packs, etc), develop communications and learning modules (either through supporting dedicated communications and learning teams) and manage the implementation of the changes to the impacted teams/roles.
You will be required to engage with leaders across the Enterprise, understand their business, identify the barriers to delivery and develop a detailed approach to address the needs of our people and customers
**Key responsibilities**:
Leadership, design and management of the program and/or initiative delivery approach and plan to ensure people and customer impacts are understood and considered, risks identified and managed, and benefits realised.
Develop and continuously enhance the frameworks for business implementation.
Develop, manage and monitor the execution of implementation plans.
Ensure prioritisation of Implementation projects supports strategy.
Build close working relationships with key project stakeholders.
About you

A level of comfort and confidence that enables you to challenge and make recommendations to Managers and Senior Managers in a collaborate manner to influence positive outcomes.

Highly developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
High level of verbal and good written communication skills, including ability to have difficult conversations
Ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers and partners.
