About the Role:
Blooms The Chemist is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Parap, Northern Territory. This is an opportunity for someone with ownership aspirations to make a real impact on the pharmacy and the local community. You'll be a key player in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care, working closely with patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense medications accurately and provide professional counselling to patients
* Offer expert advice on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
* Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and pharmacy procedures Drive improvements in pharmacy services, operations, and the customer experience
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
* Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering evidence-based care
