About The Role
* Project Manager vacancy reporting in the Director and Operations Manager.
* Working on high-end home construction projects to $5m.
* Office based role in Mona Vale.
* Carry out site visits as required anywhere between Palm Beach and Mosman.
* Salary between $120k and $155k + super.
Duties
* Manage projects from tender to completion.
* Client, architect and other stakeholder liaison.
* Assist in the development of construction programs.
* Support Site Managers.
* Monitor cost budgets.
* Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
* Monitor and review Work Health and Safety.
Skills & Experience
* At least 3 years residential project management experience.
* Ability to manage residential construction projects through all stages from start to finish.
* Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
