As a Customer Support Officer, you will receive incoming calls from customers calling through with faultsenquiries with new and existing Telstra products and services. You will ask open questions to identify the customer's enquiry, build rapport, and use problem solving skills to resolve the enquiry. You also will use resources, troubleshooting guides and systems to support in resolving the customer's phone or internet fault.
What you need to know:
* Base Salary of $53,00+ Super + Monthly Incentive Structure and penalty rates.
* WFH Flexibility: First day of training will be conducted on-site. Thereafter you will operate on a work-from-home model. On-site requirements will be circumstantial.
* Must have fixed internet/NBN connection to eligible for the role.
What you'll do:
* Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution.
* Provide expert advice and trouble-shoot technology faults that customers might be facing.
* Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills.
* Take ownership, have confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances.
* Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required.
