**Key Role Summary:**
The Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in the execution of OTC sales and marketing strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with pharmacy professionals, including owners/managers, pharmacists, dispensary technicians/managers, store managers, pharmacy assistants, and group managers/procurement.
* Developing and executing new product launches and strategic marketing campaigns to drive growth and increase brand presence.
* Analysing and understanding pharmacy-driven targets/goals and performance (monthly, quarterly etc.).
**Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Territory Manager within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
