Our client, a leading ASX-listed enterprise, is undertaking a major digital transformation, migrating from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA across multiple business streams. As part of this enterprise-wide program, they are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change initiatives across the Field Service Management (FSM) and Asset Work Management (AWM) workstreams. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams. What You’ll Be Doing Lead Change Impact Assessments and develop detailed Change Management Plans Work with senior stakeholders to understand business impacts and readiness requirements Drive engagement and adoption of new S/4HANA-enabled field services and asset management capabilities Support the implementation of SAP Service Cloud and Service Management for Field Services and integration with S/4HANA and SAP Field Service Management Support the optimisation of Asset Work Management processes within S/4HANA, enabling enhanced field service and maintenance capabilities Collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver effective change outcomes Ensure alignment across program streams within a complex transformation environment Deliver hands-on change activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness support What You’ll Bring Proven experience delivering Change Management within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Asset Work Management (AWM) environments is a bonus Strong ability to translate technical change into clear business impacts Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) Contract: 12 months (high likelihood of extension) Rate: $1,000–$1,200 per day (including super, depending on experience) Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the North Sydney office / 2 days WFH Why This Role?
