Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and code customer feedback into clear, actionable themes
* Produce regular insight reports highlighting key user trends
* Flag urgent product issues raised in feedback
To achieve this, you will work closely with the product teams to refine categorization and taxonomy, conduct quality control of triaged feedback, and support improvements to feedback systems and processes.
Requirements:
* 3-4 years' experience as a Data Analyst
* Experience working with large, web-based datasets
* Familiarity with SQL, Elastic Search, or similar query tools
A strong analytical mindset, ability to identify patterns, and comfort working autonomously and collaboratively are essential skills for success in this role.
