Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and a memorable shopping experience for customers.
Lead and manage a store team, including training, performance management, recruitment and team building.
Inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Ensure store standards, product knowledge and visual merchandising align with Betts brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Prior management experience in retail.
Skills to build relationships and generate repeat business.
Excellent communication, conversational and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets.
