The role
We're a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and keen to learn and grow. The successful candidate will have extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to acquisitions and divestments, project development, joint venture structuring, offtake agreements including gas sale and transportation agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, royalty agreements, construction and procurement contracts. They will also be responsible for developing client relationships and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong background in Corporate law;
* 4-8 years' PAE experience;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* An entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
