What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role
* Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)
* Previous data centre or mission‐critical facilities experience is preferred
* Working knowledge of electrical systems for maintenance of HV & LV systems is required
* Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms
* Addressing on‐site air‐conditioning issues
* Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.)
* Fault‐finding and executing repairs
* Preparing timely and accurate reportsEnsuring work complies with industry regulations
* Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders
What You'll Need
* Valid Mechanical (AC/R) License / ARC License
* Minimum Certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* 3-5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration is required
* Valid OH&S cards - optional
* Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
* Valid Driver's License
* Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems - Nice to have
* Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance
* White Card – optional but preferred
