Key Role
The purpose of this position is to oversee the organization and delivery of events, functions, and catering services from inception to conclusion.
This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, leading staff effectively, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event coordination, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
* Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of events and functions.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in coordinating events and managing teams.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve individual, team, and business goals.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
