About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as casual sales associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines
* Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and ensuring products are properly stocked and faced
* Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and assisting with cycle counts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong commitment to customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional shopping experience
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and management
* Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
