Our Perth Metro sales team are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager who is a talented individual who thrives on driving business growth across diverse markets with a solution focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts, expanding Cleanaway's presence cross Perth metro. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Monitor market trends and competitors to make informed recommendations and adjustments. Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance, sales, and market trends. Prepare and submit tenders, manage contract renewals, and negotiate with key clients. Complete client contract departures Collaborate with internal service delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare sales presentations and reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities. About You: Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within waste management, property services, or facilities management. Ability to respond to tender proposals and manage pricing in collaboration with Cleanaway teams. Drive to enhance revenue, margins, and operating profit to meet short-term and long-term goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Professionalism and proactive approach to driving business outcomes.
