About the Role
You build real connections with clients, becoming part of their story.
* Qualified Support Worker: 40 hours per fortnight, Monday–Friday (7 AM–6 PM), plus Saturday afternoons every second week. Competitive pay and benefits apply.
* Unqualified Support Worker: 40 hours per fortnight, Monday–Friday (8/9 AM-5 PM).
We offer personal care, medication assistance, domestic assistance, transportation, and social support services in clients' homes.
Travel locations include Fern Bay, Lemon Tree Passage, Medowie, Raymond Terrace, Swan Bay, Tanilba Bay.
What You'll Bring
* A genuine interest in supporting clients and making a positive impact.
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification is essential.
* A driver's license, reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR certification, and police check are also required.
* Experience with smartphones and tablets is preferred but not necessary.
