Front Office Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to join our team at one of South Australia's most iconic regions. As the face of our park, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high standard of customer service
* Process guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Complete day-to-day office administration
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
Requirements:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers license essential
