Offer description

We're looking for an Events Administrator with initiative, attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.

You will provide the full range of client and administrative support for events across Australia, from the initial bookings and quotes, record keeping, stock control, logistics and processing of invoices and payments.

Strong communication skills, a highly motivated attitude and proactive approach are essential in this role. The right person will have a VERY high level of accuracy while multi-tasking and a can-do attitude.

The role offers variety, responsibility and long-term stability - With the flexibility of working 2-3 days in the office and the remainder from home and flexible start and finish times.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated strong administration and record keeping skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Demonstrated experience around logistics - booking and tracking goods.
- Understanding of stock control and ability to monitor availability across several locations.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and products quickly.
