Our client, a leader in property development, design, construction, leasing, and marketing, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a primarily commercial portfolio working on new developments and vacancies on an existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to inquiries and providing detailed property information
* Arranging and attending property inspections
* Soliciting and negotiating offers with the Management Team to achieve favourable commercial outcomes
* Processing property applications and conducting applicant screenings
* Managing online property listings
* Creating marketing materials for new developments
* Researching new marketing opportunities
* Managing social media presence and content
* Staying informed about industry trends and surrounding properties
* Reporting to the Management Team
* Assisting the Property Team as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in leasing and marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
* Self-motivated with a career-driven mindset
* Successful experience with marketing and social media campaigns
* Confident and results-driven
* Professional appearance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Valid driver’s license
Position Details:
* Full-time position with an immediate start
* Company phone and laptop provided (with after-hours monitoring)
* Company car provided during work hours
* Salary negotiable based on experience
* Parking on site
