Job Description
As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to students experiencing educational, social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
Working closely with teachers, families, and community agencies, you will ensure positive outcomes for students. You will develop and deliver engaging programs that build resilience, social skills, and self-esteem.
Liaising with external organisations will strengthen family and student engagement. Contributing to a positive, safe, and supportive school culture is essential.

* Skilled in working collaboratively with external agencies and families.
* Passionate about fostering inclusive practices and supporting student growth.
* Organised, data-conscious, and able to track student engagement and outcomes.
