The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of Tribunal proceedings, conducting thorough legal research tasks, and offering administrative assistance to the President and Principal Registrar.
Key duties will include coordinating listings, managing diaries, receiving visitors, liaising with practitioners, reviewing judgments and decisions, and performing other administrative responsibilities as directed.
For this position, we seek a highly qualified individual who possesses a law degree or substantial progress towards a degree, completion of the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course, admission as a legal practitioner in Tasmania, and a valid driver's license.
