Field Supervisor – NBN Projects
About the Role
We're seeking experienced Field Supervisors to oversee NBN remediation and infrastructure works across Queensland. You'll be leading crews on complex field projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while maintaining efficient project delivery.
This position suits someone with strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple contractors across varying work sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise field crews to deliver safe and efficient network infrastructure works.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field operations, including high-risk and non-routine maintenance.
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Manage resources, contractors, and small projects from start to completion.
* Maintain accurate records in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Liaise with stakeholders to report on project progress, costs, and risks.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role on NBN or telecommunications projects .
* Strong background in managing contractors and field operations.
* NBN-enabled skill qualifications (Unify Simplex or Complex works experience desirable).
* Current driver's licence and right to work in Australia.
* Able to pass a police and medical check.
