* What you need:Iress Acurity Expertise: Strong experience in working with Iress Acurity, particularly in superannuation software development and Skills: Proficiency in languages such as .NET, Java, Python, or C++ is essential, with a focus on developing and enhancing superannuation software solutions.Superannuation Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the superannuation industry, including familiarity with compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and financial products.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse superannuation processes and requirements, and creatively solve complex problems within the Iress Acurity framework.Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including superannuation experts and other software developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.In-depth technical understanding, with strong diagnostic, and troubleshooting skillsStrong knowledge of technical concepts of solution architecture, contemporary IT strategies, directions, and technologiesStrong customer service and excellent communications/consultative skills to decompose technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
